Refund policy

Between The Vines will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on www.shopbetweenthevines.com for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be in original condition free of perfumes, makeup, pet hair, smoke smell, or deodorant stains.  Shoes must be returned unworn, in new condition with no scuffs, in their original box/packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

Final sale & discounted items, accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, & hair items), bramis, intimates, bodysuits, & hats cannot be returned.

Your return must be processed through our return portal.

A pre-paid return label can be generated and downloaded from our returns center.  Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total return amount.

Returns are for STORE CREDIT only, and will be issues in the form of an e-gift card within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package.  We do not refund shipping costs.

  • You may return your items to our store location for store credit or exchange only.

Returns received within 14 days of delivery will be inspected for signs of wear or use.  If item is deemed returnable condition, an e-gift card for store credit will be issued to you.  Your package must be post-marked and sent back within 14 days of the original delivery date.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know through our return portal within 5 days.  Item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damage. After 5 days, Between The Vines can no longer responsible.

All clearance items are final.

Exchanges

We get it, we shop online too and sometimes the sizing or fit just isn't right.  Click HERE to initiate an exchange in our return portal.

Once we receive your return, your exchange item will then be shipped out.

Shipping

Shipping & handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

 If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size), your will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

Between The Vines is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked "delivered." Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track a package.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.  If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.

Shipping & Delivery

Between The vines is committed to processing orders promptly!  All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Wednesday-Sunday) after an order is placed.  U.S. orders will take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery based on location.
